Exchange, Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases from HeadSpa Solutions. This policy outlines when you can exchange items and when refunds are available.
Products and Equipment
Exchanges Only:
We offer exchanges for products and equipment that meet our eligibility criteria and follow the process below. Please note that as our purchases are typically for packages or rolling bulk product reorders, we do not offer returns or refunds for individual retail sales products or equipment items under any circumstances.
Exchange Window:
You must send products and equipment back to HeadSpa Solutions within five business days of receiving them. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for an exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that don't meet these criteria.

If you suspect any product or equipment is defective or damaged, you must not sell, use, or activate it. Keep it in its original state while we investigate and provide further instructions.
Exchange Process:

You must contact HeadSpa Solutions within five business days of receiving the product or equipment, before returning any item. We'll discuss the circumstances and agree on the best approach.

Within the same five-day period, please send a photo and video of the affected product or equipment to us.

Once we receive your photo and video evidence, we'll review it.

If approved, we'll arrange an exchange for the same product or equipment. If the exact item has been discontinued or is unavailable, we'll offer a similar product of comparable or equal value.
What We Can't Exchange (Exclusions):
The following items are generally excluded from our exchange policy:

Hygiene and Personal Care Items:
This includes opened cosmetics, skincare or hair care products, and hair accessories, which cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
Unless they are defective, custom-made beauty equipment is non-exchangeable.

Clearance or Final Sale Items:
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for exchange.

Consumables:
Disposable supplies and single-use products are excluded from exchange.

Opened or Used Items:
We generally do not accept exchanges for opened or used items unless there's a proven manufacturing defect.
Note: Deposits and partial payments on packages or sale items are strictly non-refundable if the full balance is not settled by the agreed-upon due date.
Online Training Courses and Practical Training
No Refunds for Training Once Commenced:
Once any training course has begun, including access to course materials, online modules, or initial sessions, there are no refunds for the course or any associated costs involved in the training and certification.
Practical Training – No Refunds After Payment:
Specifically, once payment for the Module 5 onsite practical training (the 'Prac') has been processed, no refunds will be issued for this module under any circumstances. This practical training is exclusively available in Australia and New Zealand. The Training Bundle is only suitable for those who can attend the practical component.
Change of Mind:
Please choose carefully. We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for a 'change of mind' regarding any training course or product, including training bundles, once the purchase is complete.
Intellectual Property
If HeadSpa Solutions instructs you to return any Intellectual Property (IP), you must send the requested IP items to the address we specify within five business days. You must also immediately stop using or displaying the IP upon receiving our first notice.
